Breontae is very professional and attentive! I can always count on him to reset my body and bring it back to 100% capacity. It’s necessary for me to book at least once a month, we have a working plan and work through any problem areas. I have done everything from wood work, regular massage work, to cryotherapy. Breontae does a great job getting my body back into peak performance after wrecking it regularly in the gym. He has great knowledge of how the body/muscles function. From using your standard tools to his custom made ones, he can work out the knots and the tightness.
